# AI-Assisted Personal Writing

There is a specific kind of panic that hits when you are staring at a blank document with the cursor blinking, knowing you need to write a wedding speech, a eulogy, or a heartfelt thank-you note. You know what you want to say, but you cannot organize it.

AI is an excellent structural partner for personal writing. But the final product must sound like you — not like a robot that read 10,000 wedding speeches.

The Voice Training Technique

Before generating any personal writing, teach AI your voice:

I need help writing a wedding speech. Before you draft anything, let
me show you how I actually talk and write so the speech sounds like me:

Here is a text I sent my friend yesterday:
"Dude, I am so behind on everything. My apartment looks like a crime
scene and I have not meal prepped in two weeks. But I did manage to
fix that leaky faucet which honestly felt like winning the Super Bowl."

Here is how I described a memory in a birthday card:
"Remember when we got lost hiking in Vermont and you insisted we were
fine while reading the map upside down? That is everything I love
about you — completely wrong but absolutely confident."

MY VOICE CHARACTERISTICS:
- I use humor to express affection
- I am self-deprecating
- I swear occasionally (but not in a speech)
- I hate flowery language — if it sounds like a Hallmark card, rewrite
- I tell stories to make points, I do not state things directly
