For each state, identify employment law changes that took effect in the past 12 months or will take effect in the next 6 months. Categorize by topic: - Wage and hour (minimum wage, overtime, pay transparency) - Leave (paid sick, family leave, voting, bereavement) - Hiring (ban the box, salary history, AI in hiring) - Workplace safety and health - Non-competes and restrictive covenants - DEI and anti-discrimination
