Sales Velocity & Inventory Health Analysis

Analyze the following inventory and sales data:

[Paste SKU-level data with:]
- SKU / Product name
- Current quantity on hand
- Monthly sales velocity (units per month, last 6 months)
- Unit cost
- Selling price
- Days of supply on hand
- Reorder lead time

Analysis should include:
1. INVENTORY HEALTH SCORECARD
   - Total inventory value and days of supply
   - Percentage of inventory that is healthy (30-60 days supply)
   - Percentage overstocked (>90 days supply)
   - Percentage understocked (<15 days supply)
   - Dead stock (>180 days supply or zero sales in 90 days)

2. ABC ANALYSIS
   - A items: Top 20% of SKUs generating 80% of revenue
   - B items: Next 30% generating 15% of revenue
   - C items: Bottom 50% generating 5% of revenue
   For each category: recommended service level, reorder strategy
