3. Does this step require MY JUDGMENT? (Creative decisions, quality

4. How much time does this step take per client?

Categorize each step:
- AUTOMATE: Repetitive + rule-based + low judgment
- TEMPLATE: Somewhat repetitive but needs customization
- KEEP MANUAL: Requires my judgment, creativity, or personal touch

Then suggest specific automation tools for each "automate" item.
