Why One Tool Is Not Enough

Professionals who rely on a single AI tool for research are leaving significant capability on the table. Here is why:

ChatGPT and Claude are excellent at reasoning, analysis, and writing — but they do not search the web in real time and do not have access to your internal documents. When you ask Claude about current market conditions, it is working from training data that may be months old.

Perplexity searches the web in real time and cites sources — but it is a search synthesizer, not a deep thinker. It will tell you what is happening, but it is less effective at analyzing what it means for your specific situation.
